The internet, as we all know, has made communication a lot easier, and faster. Ideas, thoughts, tools, and more, can be shared with just a few clicks of a mouse or key strokes on your computer. It is pretty…pretty amazing.
Taking that thought on board, imagine what it was like before the internet came upon us. Dissemination of knowledge, training, communication, was all done at a much slower pace. But then again, we didn’t know any better.
Many years ago a magician by the name of Len Vintus (see the video above), had an idea to catalogue magicians details from around the world, as to where they were, lived, and contact details. This enabled others sharing the same passion to connect and contact fellow magicians, whilst travelling through other countries, to share their passion. Obviously being a printed resource, it only got updated every so often, and one had to have this manual in your hands in order to gain any benefit. It was a good resource though, for anyone who had their very own copy.

Riccardo sought to create FINDACADABRA, whilst on vacation, and was curious to find out if there were any historic sites, relating to magic, where he was.
We think its a great idea, and having no cost to those who register, its a wonderful way to put yourself on his map.
So what I would do…and have done, is to click on the image above, go to Findacadabra, register, and put yurself on the map. We have…
Oh, if you could leave a comment also, and share this post with your friends…we would appreciate it.
