In uscita il nuovo libro di Roberto Giobbi dal titolo “Standup Card Magic” dove si tratta della Cartomagia proposta in situazioni da salotto / parlor, fino ad arrivare a portare la magia con le carte in scena. Presto una recensione di questo libro, che potrebbe essere definito il Card College Volume 6.

Interessante e’ la conferma della notizia che circolava da un po’, la casa editrice Hermetic Press è stata venduta da Stephen Minch alla Penguin.

Just a short message to let you all know that my latest book Stand-up Card Magic is hot off the press. I shall receive the first copies in a few days and will be able to mail them to you on JUNE 15th.

As you might have heard Stephen Minch sold his Hermetic Press to Penguin, who is the book’s publisher. The book, however, was written by me in English and ably edited and typeset by Stephen Minch according to the high quality standards you have come to expect from Hermetic Press.

If you reside in the USA or Canada you should probably wait until Penguin announces the book, as you will get the best postage rate. For the rest of the world it might be cheapest to order directly from me (postage is €10 worldwide). Until the end of June 2016 I’ll offer the book at a promotional price of €52.50 instead of $59.95, which Penguin tells me will be the official selling price. After that it will go up to the regular price of €59.95.

Of course I’ll be happy to sign the book to your name, but please mention that on the order form and/or the PayPal form. Thank you.
